Treatment for Severe Acne

If you have nodulocystic acne, you may qualify for treatment with isotretinoin, an oral medication formerly known as Accutane. We understand how frustrating the process of obtaining Accutane can be. However, we also know that for some patients, administering the drug is the best option to clear skin. All of our providers are registered with the iPledge program and are available for monthly appointments to review lab work and prescribe Accutane.

Our clinic charges a one-time fee that covers 1. The administrative burden of prescribing the medicine 2. All facial cleansers and moisturizers 3. Lifestyle Consult with our Ayurvedic Consultant to help eliminate any side effects of Accutane.

The program lasts for 6 months. Monthly office visits and lab work are required and are billed to your insurance. Copays, Deductibles, Coinsurance may apply.

We guarantee that by the end of your treatment, you will have a 97% decrease in size and # of new acne, without needing BAC medication or treatment products. If not, we will continue to treat you for no additional charge until we reach these milestones.
Your treatment includes a number of cleansers, moisturizers and acne creams. We will hand you those products at each appointment at no additional charge. If you run out of facial products, just ask for more! If you require more product between appointments, we will ship it to you at no additional charge.

Our providers are able to conduct your monthly appointments remotely, using secure videoconferencing technology.
We are open 2-3 Saturdays each month. Call for more information on our Saturday schedule.
This is your monthly payment. After you pay this amount for six months, you pay no more. We will treat you longer if necessary, for no charge. If you have good insurance, your cost will be closer to the lower amount. If you have a high deductible or no insurance, your number will be closer to the higher amount.
A 1-hour light treatment performed by a contracted clinic. Helps with textured scarring.
A light-depth, medical grade SkinMedica Vitalize peel performed by a master esthetician. Helps with comedonal acne, pigmented scarring, textured scarring. Not billable to insurance.
A 45 minute treatment performed by a master esthetician, similar to a ‘teen facial’ or ‘acne facial’ performed at other clinics. Not billable to insurance.
IPL light treatment performed by a master esthetician. 15 minute procedure. Helps with acne treatment and pigmented scarring. Not billable to insurance.
A 60 minute nutrition and lifestyle consultation performed by our ayurvedic wellness practitioner. Not available in silver plans.
A 2 minute procedure performed by nurse practitioner. A small amount of corticosteroid (brand name Kenalog) is deposited directly into the target pimple. The size is reduced by 50% overnight. Not covered by insurance. Not available in silver plans.
Cost of our adminstative fee to administer accutane. Price includes all products and special procedure appointments. You will still need to pay your copay at each visit.
