Payment/Insurance/Pricing
Our medical director, Bradley Jellerichs, is an in-network provider with many insurance carriers. Some of the services and treatments we provide are covered under your medical insurance. You may be responsible for copays, deductibles, co-insurance and fees for non-covered services. We are able to provide a good estimate of your out-of-pocket costs with many of our in-network insurance partners.
If you have no insurance, or out-of-network insurance, we can help you! When you call our intake coordinator to schedule your new patient appointment please indicate that you are "self-pay." Come in for an initial consultation soon!
Our great success comes from treating acne in an innovative way compared to traditional dermatology. Our treatment protocols have been perfected after years of work. Our approach is patient-centered and time-intensive. We have a 3-pronged treatment plan that incorporates the following modalities: home-care (typically 1 minute of effort twice a day), prescription medication, and in-office sessions.

We pride ourselves on our ability to see you quickly. Our typical wait times for new patients are much lower than average in Puget Sound.
To schedule a new patient appointment, please call us today at 425-835-3394. You will be asked to leave a message with some basic contact information (and insurance details, if applicable). One of our new-patient-coordinators will call you back within one business day.
Intake forms are available here. They will also be emailed to you one day prior to your appointment.
Appointments
We have a convenient online scheduler, available through our partner at fullslate.com. Online appointment scheduling is available 24 hours a day. Alternatively, you may schedule appointments by calling our main number 425-835-3394.
Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments may be cancelled by phone or online.
Please understand that we do not overbook our schedule, and we run 95% on time. If you arrive late, it can have a significant and cascading effect on our schedule. A $75 fee may be charged if you: Cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, do not show up for your appointment.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to your first appointment, to allow for sufficient time to find our clinic.
Prescription Refills
All prescriptions refills must be requested by your pharmacy. Prescription refills may take up to 2 business days. We generally do not authorize refills.
