Payment/Insurance/Pricing

The most common question we receive is about pricing and insurance coverage. Our medical director, Bradley Jellerichs, is an in-network provider with many insurance carriers. Your visits and treatments are covered just like a visit to a "conventional" dermatologist or other doctor’s office. You may be responsible for copays, deductibles and co-insurance. Although we will gladly bill your in-network health insurance, the financial responsibility ultimately lies with the patient/family. If your health insurance is out-of-network, we will courtesy bill your insurance carrier (following upfront payment). 

In some cases, we are able to check your benefits online to estimate your out-of-pocket costs for appointments with us. Unfortunately, the information available to us (through insurer websites and/or phone lines) is often incomplete. If you have questions about insurance coverage, please contact us (or your insurance carrier). 

Appointments

We have a convenient online scheduler, available through our partner at appointmentquest.com. Appointments may be scheduled without creating an account. However, we recommend that you register and create an account. By logging into your account, you can easily create, cancel and reschedule appointments. Online appointment scheduling is available 24 hours a day. Alternatively, you may schedule appointments by calling our main number 425-835-3394.

Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments may be cancelled by phone or through your account at  at appointmentquest.com. 

Please understand that we do not overbook our schedule, and we run 95% on time. If you arrive late, it can have a significant and cascading effect on our schedule. A $75 fee may be charged if you: Cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, do not show up for your appointment. 

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to your first appointment, to allow for sufficient time to find our clinic. 

Prescription Refills

At Bellevue Acne Clinic, we believe that the judicious use of prescription medication can be helpful in acne treatment. We generally do not authorize medication refills between office visits. If you are unable to travel to the office for an office visit, you may request a phone consultation. Phone consultations are currently not billable to any insurer; your payment method shall be arranged in advance (typically with credit card).

Bellevue Acne Clinic currently has two separate clinic locations. Our Seattle location has limited hours.

Seattle satellite location with very limited hours:
Cabrini Tower in First Hill (parking is not free)
901 Boren Ave #1730
Seattle, WA 98104
Hours: Wednesdays, select Saturdays

Parking

Our Bellevue Clinic has ample free off-street parking.

Our Seattle Clinic has parking available in the building. It costs approximately $4/hour. We are unable to validate parking.
